Chi ha più distribuzioni Linux sa cos’è un boot loader, ma in teoria il computer dobrebbe trovargli da solo le altre distro.

Per Fedora e Debian non è così.

La mossa migliore secondo me è installare sull’mbr il grub2 di Debian [Sid o Squeeze] perché è più aggiornato.

Mettere quello di Fedora vi farà lavorare per niente.

Anche su Fedora bisogna installare GRUB 2, ma NON nell’mbr.

Ora come root create il file su /etc/grub.d/nn_fedora (se volete che sia la prima scelta mettete al posto di nn un numero minore di 10, altrimenti maggiore):

Mettete al posto di (hd0,1) il vostro hard disk!

Io ho messo hd0,1 perché ho fedora sul primo hard disk e sulla prima partizione, inoltre non ho fatto una partizione per /boot ma per tutta la radice.

Ora date update-grub2 e vi aggiungerà anche Fedora 😀 .

Finalmente ce l’ho fatta con Debian.

Le finestre fullscreen non mi danno più problemi!

Bastava mettere l’EXA!
